Need a spyware removal tool that does not need to be installed?

I am on my work computer and I believe that the person who was on before me may have acci ly gotten a bit of spyware on it, since I am getting random pop - up ads on websites that typically have none at all. I am looking for a spyware removal tool that does not need to be installed, only extracted. I cannot install on this computer, so any applications which do not need to be installed would be very handy

Haha there is no such thing of spyware removal with out it being installed or downloaded. I know it's tough because then you do not know if it's a true software or not. You can use the free trial version of Norton but then I use Malwarebytes' and it is great! All the spyware and malware and viruses on my computer is gone once I scan my computer with that software. But Norton is pretty good but then the days expire till then, you have to buy the actual software. ^^
